José Velazquez is a well known and respected construction professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. This extensive experience gave birth to a vision for a construction company that would be like no other. Consistently strive to exceed clients’ expectations is the rock upon which he would build the company that would transform his vision into a reality. Facing the many challenges common to the development of a new business, he remained focused and ready to overcome them. His strategy would be simple; have a clear “Corporate Mission Statement” – Consistently strive to exceed our clients' expectations by carefully LISTENING to them, fully UNDERSTANDING their needs and DELIVERING on our commitment and word. To that end he recruited the most talented people in the industry with character and desire to support that “mission”, and employ an approach that includes systems and tools that are project and client specific.

Tri-Line has brought together a blend of the finest and experienced construction professionals in the industry. This reunited people that have worked together for over 25 years. The familiarity, chemistry and synergy that exists has created a force that is truly greater than the sum of its parts. Tri-Line has enjoyed growth in sales and revenue in an economic climate that has caused many construction oriented businesses to down–scale and condense.
