I would like to take this opportunity to thank our clients, friends and supporters who continue to place their trust in Tri-Line. This past year has been a very exciting year for Tri-Line. Having been awarded projects from some of the most prestigious institutions in the world such as UBS, Goldman Sachs & Co., New York University and Wachovia it is equally important that a special expression of gratitude be extended to the staff at Tri-Line. It is the hard work of the entire staff, their professionalism and dedication to excellence that has resulted in this level of success.

Nothing can replace the basics such as listening to our clients and their consultants, understanding their needs and delivering on our word. It is important that we always remember this philosophy and how we got to where we are. However, we know all too well that what led us to this level of success and what has satisfied our customers in the past may not get us to the next level. We must be able to adapt to our customers' changing needs, we must always “raise the bar” and remain eager to learn and improve.
