GENERAL CONTRACTING

At Tri-Line, as always, we keep our clients needs as our number one priority. Whether a project is a Construction Management or General Contracting assignment we at Tri-Line remain focused on the three main objectives of every assignment; Cost Control, Schedule Control and Quality Control. We do not prefer one type of assignment over the other. If the particular circumstances of a project allow ample time for our client to prepare a full and complete set of coordinated bid documents, we recommend that the project be approached as a General Contracting assignment.

What sets Tri-Line apart from most general contractors is our determination to capture the full scope of work required to achieve the objectives of the project at the bidding stage. We believe it our responsibility to make the many attributes we have to offer available to our clients at all times. If our experience tells us that there is a detail of the project that will result in a change order we will identify it during the bid process as an “add alternate”. If there is a method or material that we believe can reduce cost, again we will identify it during the bid process as a deduct alternate.

At Tri-Line our goal is to not win projects but to nurture repeat business clients and long term business relationships.
